New Nordic Leadership Institute is a knowledge sharing company which goal is to identify, conceptualizing and disseminate Scandinavian management and business practices. We look at Scandinavian management as a synergy of different cultural and social currents that both have roots in the cooperative movement, our democratic institutions and isolated individuals and companies who have done something special.
From the leader’s point of view
A leader practicing New Nordic Leadership both focuses on what is the best for his or hers business, for society, and the employee.
